Martin and Anne Hopwood Residence, 2003
Southampton, NY
A complete renovation of a period 2,000 SF beach cottage. The cottage was on locust posts and was subsequently lifted and a new foundation installed. Throughout the entire project the structure was brought to contemporary standards. The renovation and additions were done in the vernacular of the time with modern elements overlaid to provide a modern kitchen and bathrooms. All aspects of this project were done by Rincon Construction, Inc.
